How we use it
Your information is used to advise you, prepare applications to institutions you have agreed to, and support visa documentation. Enquiries submitted through the website form open in WhatsApp on your own device; the message is only sent when you send it.
Sharing
We share documents with institutions, and where required with visa authorities, only with your knowledge. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Application files are retained while your case is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference.
